Description

The Intel® Server System D50TNP2MHSVAC is experiencing multiple PSU errors, including configuration errors due to PSU incompatibility and voltage faults as recorded in the BMC logs.

  • SensorName:#48 Description: Run-time Critical Stop - Asserted
  • SensorName:Voltage Fault Description: State Asserted - Asserted
  • SensorName:BB +12.0V Description: Upper Non-critical - going high - Asserted
  • SensorType:NM Capability SensorName: NM Exception Description:OEM - Asserted

Resolution

The errors Voltage Fault and Configuration Error: PSU Incompatibility are related to Power Supply and Voltage output like +12V and 3.3V.

To resolve PSU errors related to voltage faults and configuration incompatibility, swap the power supplies and monitor the system for 24 hours.

If the issue is still present, collect a BMC DebugLogs set of files and submit a support case on Intel Support.
