Intel® Endpoint Management Assistant (EMA) Supported Languages

The Intel® EMA software installation process displays the error message: Update install: Cannot find the Intel® EMA Root Certificate. This issue may arise due to language settings or missing prerequisites.

English is the only supported language for Intel® EMA.

• Intel® EMA requires English-US settings for Windows display language, system locale, and format.
• The database can be hosted on a separate server or the same system as the Intel® EMA Server. For testing, Microsoft SQL Server Express with Advanced Features is suitable. For production, Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise* is recommended. Familiarity with SQL and Active Directory is necessary, especially if using 802.1x.
