Are Cisco Transceivers Compatible with Intel® Ethernet Converged Network Adapter XL710 Series?

No lights lit on Intel® Ethernet Converged Network Adapter XL710-QDA2 when Cisco QSFP-40G-SR4-S transceiver was plugged and can only see the network speed though in the network card properties.
Retail versions of Intel® Ethernet Converged Network Adapter XL710-QDA2 with Product Codes XL710QDA2, XL710QDA2BLK cards are compatible with Intel modules only.
