Follow our official support account on WeChat. Search for IntelCustomerSupport or scan this 2D matrix:
Send message using OPTANE SSD Serial Number (Example: PHMB747000F2280CGN) or click Scan it in the self-service menu.
If WeChat fails to verify the product, contact Intel Customer Support.
