Description

It's confirmed via Linux* command that Xeon Gold 6330 processors support SPP.
Unable to confirm if all the 3rd Gen Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors support SPP.

Resolution

If the 3rd Generation Intel® Xeon® Scalable Processor SKU does not contain an H suffix, example Intel® Xeon® Silver 4316 Processor, this signifies that is supports Sub-Page Write Protection (SPP).

3rd Generation Intel® Xeon® Scalable Processors SKUs with H suffix, example Intel® Xeon® Platinum 8356H Processor, do not support SPP.

Additional information

SPP support was first added to Ice Lake processors for servers.
