How to Reset a Quiz/Course in Intel® Partner University


Guidance to contact Intel Customer Support for assistance with My Learning

  • Need to restart course exam in My Learning because I did not pass the first time or had system issues.
  • Need to restart the course exam in Intel Partner University because it was started without being completed for a long time and encounters the Error Code: 400 Bad request when accessing the course.

For Error Code: 400 Bad Request, Try to apply the troubleshooting steps below:

  • Clear cache and cookies.
  • Use the Incognito*/Private Window.
  • Use a different browser.

If issue persists, submit a request to Intel Customer Support (sign in required). See the image below for an example.

  • Question 1: Leave default at A product or service I already own or use.
  • Question 2: Choose Search for a product or service by name.
  • Question 3: Begin typing Intel Partner Alliance, then click the result.
  • For faster service be sure to include the course name(s) in your submission.
