Description
The RAID controller event log is needed to identify a failed or degraded drive, but the log cannot be located or exported from the Intel® RAID Web Console 2.
Resolution
The TTY log is not automatically exported or displayed in the Intel® RAID Web Console 2. It must be manually saved from the controller context menu to review drive events, errors, and status changes. Follow the steps below
- Log in to the RAID Web Console 2.
- Select the Physical tab.
- Right-click the Intel RAID Controller option from the left menu.
- Click Save TTY log.
