Environment

10th Gen and 11th Gen Intel Core unlocked Processors with K and KF in their numbers (Intel Chipset Z490/Z590)

Description

Unable to run Intel® Performance Maximizer (Intel® PM) and encountered the error message: System Requirements Not Met.

Resolution

Refer to the steps below to resolve the error for Intel® PM.

  1. Confirm if the system meets the requirements to run Intel® PM. 
  2. Confirm if the motherboard needs a microcode update necessary to run the Intel® PM. Contact the motherboard manufacturer for assistance.
  3. Follow the steps in installing and running the Intel® PM using the User Guide in step 1.
