System Only Detects One Side of the Intel® Optane™ H Series Media

The Windows* OS and system BIOS is only detecting the Intel® QLC 3D NAND media and not the Intel® Optane™ memory media.
The system BIOS may not support the Intel® Optane™ Memory H Series. In systems that do not support this product line, the Intel® Optane™ memory media on the device cannot be detected.
Confirm compatibility with the system vendor and refer to User Guides for Intel® Optane™ Memory Devices to check the requirements to successfully enable the Intel Optane Memory.
