Power Supply Unit (PSU) is no Longer Reporting as Redundant

PSU2 is no longer showing up; only PSU1 is visible.

Description

An error message shows under the Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) saying that the power supply is no longer redundant.

Resolution
  1. Reseat the Power Supply Unit (unplugged and plugged the device back in).
  2. Swap PSU1 with PSU2 and see if the issue follows the PS.
  3. If yes, test the system with a known good PSU if possible.
  4. Contact Intel Support to report findings and to request further assistance.​
