• Purchased an Intel® Optane™ SSD 900P Series and in the vendor’s store page, it was advertised the item came with a code for a digital item for Star Citizen*. When item was received, there was not a code in the box.
• How does the warranty work on an Intel® Optane™ SSD 900P that was bought as bundled with the Star Citizen Promo?

When launched, all Intel® Optane™ SSD 900P Series SKUs (AIC and U.2) came with a limited edition specially-designed promotion for the game Star Citizen. However, this promotion ended in 2018. If the Intel® Optane™ SSD 900P Series was purchased after 2018, most likely it does not come with the promotion code.

When in doubt, contact Intel Customer Support to validate the SKU number of the Intel® Optane™ SSD to ensure that the product meets the requirements of the promotion.

The Star Citizen game and any digital assets used in the game are governed by the terms and conditions provided by RSI at the page of Roberts Space Industries. Any warranty claim on a purchased Intel® Optane™ SSD 900P Series drive bundled with the Star Citizen Promo will be governed by the Intel's product warranty at Intel® Solid State Drives and Modules (Client) 5-year Limited Warranty.
