One of the system fan's intermittently shows outside of operating threshold and show's fan redundancy as failed, when this happens all fans spins up to MAX RPM.
Unplugging and re-plugging the fan resets the condition and all fans spin down to idle.
Resolution
As per checking the debug logs, Lower Critical and Non lower Critical on fan # 4 was found.
