Steps to register again to reactivate My Intel account

Description
  • Unable to log in to My Intel account since it's deactivated.
  • Cannot open the account.
  • Unable to log in.
  • Cannot re-register due to account being disabled even if it is active with Intel
Resolution

For Access & Entitlement for My Intel Users:

The account might be deactivated due to incomplete registration or inactivity for more than 18 months per Use-It-Or-Lose-It policy. Register again to reactivate the account.

Follow the steps below to reactivate the account:

  1. Go to the registration page.
  2. Fill out all the needed information.
  3. Provide the preferred username or set the email address as username.
  4. Click next step and submit.
  5. An email verification will be sent to the registered email address.
    NoteIf the email verification is not received, check your spam/junk folder. 
  6. Log in to the sign-in page.

For Resource and Documentation Center (RDC):

  1. Go to the registration page.
  2. Fill out all the needed information.
  3. Provide the preferred username or set the email address as username.
  4. Click next step and submit.
  5. An email verification will be sent to the registered email address.
    NoteIf the email verification is not received, check your spam/junk folder. 
  6. Log in to the sign-in page.
