Quick steps to configure proxy settings with Edge Software Hub.

Description

Edge Software Hub package fails to install behind a firewall.

Resolution

The Edge Software Hub installation will pickup the System-wide proxies specified in the /etc/environment file. 

Follow these steps to configure the proxy settings:

  1. Open the /etc/environment file.
  2. Set the http_proxy, https_proxy and no_proxy variables.
  3. Save the file.
  4. Restart the terminal and continue the installation process.
