Steps to resolve the error when trying to register in Intel® DevZone Premier

  • Unable to proceed with the registration for Intel® Developer Zone Premier privileged access.
  • Encountered error: "Email is already registered. Enter a new email or Sign-in".

If you register for Intel Developer Zone Premier privileged by following How to Apply for an Intel® Resource and Documentation Center (RDC) and/or Intel® Developer Zone (Intel® DevZone) Account, and encounter the error message using your valid email address. follow the steps below for a solution.

  1. In the message Email is already registered. Enter a new email or Sign. Click Sign in.

  2. Fill out the form using the existing username and password so the details of your existing profile will automatically be copied on the form.
  3. Fill out the rest of the fields on the Developer Zone Premier Account form.
  4. If the issue persists, contact Intel customer support.
