The External Design Specifications (EDS) for Intel® Xeon® Scalable Processors can be found on Resource & Documentation Center. Execute a search looking for the generation of your processor, as an example: 5th Gen Intel Xeon EDS

A Resource and Design Center account is needed to access and download the datasheets. Refer to the registration process in the Related Articles section.
