Changing the KCS Policy Control back to Allow all

Description

Unable to make any changes to the Baseboard Controller due to the KCS Policy Control being set to Deny All.

Resolution

To change the Policy Control Mode back to Allow All, execute the following IPMI command only via authenticated out-of-band session:

ipmitool -H <ip> -U <user> -P <password> -I lanplus -c 17 raw 0x30 0xB4 0x03
Note

Make sure you download and install the latest ipmitool.
