Cannot determine how to set up SSD caching on Intel® RAID Controllers.
SSD caching is an optional premium feature supported only on the full featured Intel® RAID Controllers:

A premium feature key (sold separately), Intel® RAID SSD Cache with Fast Path I/O (AXXRPFKSSD2), is required to activate this feature on the above controllers.
