Description

Intel® EMA crashes, and it causes the Intel® EMA agent to disconnect.

Resolution
  1. Create a new Endpoint Group.
  2. Unprovision Intel® AMT on an affected endpoint and move it into the new group.
  3. If the problem persists, create a new AMT profile similar to your existing profile and disable the Web-based user interface option.
  4. Apply the new AMT profile to the new Endpoint Group.
  5. Check if the crashes are still occurring.
