Description

The system keeps loading and getting stuck at the operating system installation phase.

Resolution

Try the following tips to resolve the issue:

  • Ensure the BIOS is up to date. Contact the motherboard manufacturer for steps on how to check/update BIOS
  • Clear CMOS to reset BIOS settings in systems with Intel® Desktop Boxed Processors systems.
  • Try a different hard drive that is known to be working.
  • Download the Windows 10 disc image (ISO File) from Microsoft and create installation media.
