HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-w0XX Wireless-AC 8265 Microsoft* Windows* 10 built version 2009 (10.0.19042)  

Description

Unable to pair devices via Bluetooth after Microsoft* Windows* 10 update.

Resolution

Instead of going to the Bluetooth settings to add a Bluetooth device,

  1. Push the connect icon
  2. In the notification area, Windows will show that it's searching for Bluetooth devices.
  3. Select the preferred device.
