How to Fix Lag Issues While Recording Gameplay, and Frame Issues with the Resulting Recording

When recording any video game the game play lags a little and the recorded video seems to be skipping frames.

Micro-lag issues can be related to: game optimization, graphics drivers, RAM dedicated for gaming, and also the disk drive used (HDD/SSD). Follow these recommendations:
