Onboard LAN Devices for Intel® Server Board S2600ST not Detected by VMware ESXi* 6.7 Update 3

After upgrading from VMware ESXi* 6.5 to VMware ESXi* 6.7 Update 3, the two onboard Intel® Ethernet Ports are not showing up.
Update the onboard LAN Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) to the latest version.
