How to Report Graphics Issues Using the Intel® Graphics Command Center

Refer to the information below for the instructions stated in the video.

Option one: Report an issue through the Intel® Graphics Command Center

  1. Open the Intel® Graphics Command Center
  2. Navigate to Support
  3. Click Report a Bug or Issue
  4. Fill out the requested information and click Send
Note Issues can be reported through the Intel® Graphics Command Center as well as the Intel® Graphics Command Center Beta application. 

Option two: Contact Intel Support through the Intel® Graphics Command Center 

  1. Open the Intel® Graphics Command Center
  2. Navigate to Support
  3. Click Contact Intel Support
  4. Scroll to Intel Graphics
  5. Click Online Service Request
  6. Log in or create an account
  7. Fill out the requested information and click Submit Request.
Note When including information about the issue, we recommend that you include information such as:
  • What are you seeing?
  • Step by step instructions to replicate the issue
  • Monitor model number(s), cable type(s), etc.
  • Software name(s) and version(s)
