Intel® Server Board and System based on 62x Chipset
Description
Message on the BMC (Baseboard Management Console), under System Tab > NVMe (Non-volatile memory express) Information section:
No NVMe data is available. One or more NVMe drives inserted into the drive bays has failed to provide required data. NVMe status data is only displayed after sufficient time has elapsed since inserting the NVMe drive.
Resolution
The following criteria must be met for the NVMe information in the BIOS Web Console to function:
- For Intel® Server Board S2600WF/S2600ST families, ensure the BIOS version is 02.01.0011 and later
- The system must be powered on (S0 state) for at least a few minutes
- Only Intel NVMe SSDs (U.2 form factor) are supported
Note Having mix of Intel and non-Intel NVMe SSDs in the system may also cause the NVMe info to not display at all
