Intel has become aware of display anomalies experienced by some end users, as recently as after the Windows® 10 October 2019 update. This is specific to computers using Intel Graphics display driver versions:

Intel recommends that impacted customers update to the latest version available: or newer.

Note Intel supplies generic versions of Graphics drivers for general purposes through the Intel Driver & Support Assistant and Download Center tools. However, most computer manufacturers incorporate customizations or make other changes to the Intel Graphics Driver software to optimize performance for their systems. We recommend that you check first with your computer manufacturer and use the driver software that they provide. Intel provides a list of links to the driver update pages of many computer manufacturers.
