Adobe Premiere 2019 CC Pro crashes at startup.

Resolution

When an application fails or crashes on launching, we recommend following these steps:

  1. Make sure the computer meets the requirements to run the application.
  2. Update your Intel Graphics driver. Try using Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) drivers, since they contain customizations.
  3. Try reinstalling the application.
  4. Install the latest Windows* updates. Some applications may not run if the operating system is up to date. You may need to contact the application developer to see if a specific Windows* build is required.
