Intel® HD Graphics device or Intel® wireless driver has been blocked from starting: Code 48

Resolution

Reboot your PC, as this can resolve some problems associated with this error.
Try a Clean installation of the driver from your device manufacturer or Intel generic driver
Check for 3rd party applications that manage your network such as Desktop Docker.
Perform Reset PC option on Windows* 10/11
