How to fix Active Directory integration with Intel® Active Management Technology (Intel® AMT) Maintenance Kerberos Issue

ActiveDirectory Integration in Intel AMT version 12.0 seems to have issues. Initial configuration of AMT devices with AD integration works fine, but every following configuration / maintenance job will fail.

Error message of AMT device: "Error in GetKerberosSettings- Failed while calling WS-Management call GetKerberosSettings (AMT_KerberosSettingData.Get). Intel(R) AMT error 0x1: AMT Status code - An internal error has occurred in the Intel(R) AMT device." This might indicate an interface error or an application error.

According to the error message pulled from the logs, it seems that the issue comes from Windows* trying to access WS-Management service.

1. Run Services.msc at the Windows start button.
2. Locate Windows Remote Management (WS-Management), observe the current status, restart the service, and set it to automatic.
3. Retry the maintenance procedure.
