No Video Output only when Using a Specific External Video Card

General; Intel® Server Boards

Description

While both another external video card and the onboard graphics work fine, when you try it with a specific external PCIe* video card, there is no video output.

Resolution

Make sure that the Video Card is in the Intel validated list here.  In addition, update to the latest board BIOS/Firmware to see if the issue is resolved.
