Can the CPU and the iGPU Hit Their Peak Spec at the Same Time, and Does the iGPU Limit the Power of the CPU?

Description

Unable to determine if the iGPU and processor hit their peak spec at the same time, and if the active iGPU limits the processor's power.

Resolution

Both the processor and the iGPU can hit their peak spec at the same time. The iGPU does not limit the processing power by taking power from the processor.
