How to See Devices in Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RST) After Update with Intel Driver & Support Assistant (IDSA)

System storage view in Intel RST does not show drives after an update was applied using Intel Driver & Support Assistant.

Sometimes, IDSA can offer a driver which is latest but may not be fully compatible with the current configuration of the customer system.

Verify the following:

• The release notes of the driver indicate platform/OS compatibility.
• The driver supports the combination of hardware/software.
• The chipset supports the version of driver installed.
• The system supports the operating system (OS) .
