Using Intel Ethernet controller drivers; can I use IEEE 1588 in Windows*?

Microsoft added support for PTP (IEEE 1588) in Server 2019 and Windows 10 v1809

The following drivers support the NDIS HW Timestamp feature.

Note

This support is via the NDIS mechanism and only for L4 PTPv2.
