Intel® Core™ i9-10980XE (Extreme Edition), i9-10940X, i9-10920X and i9-10900X; i9-9980XE (Extreme Edition), i9-9960X, i9-9940X, i9-9920X, i9-9900X, and i9-9820X Processors have a thermal envelope of 165W. Intel® Liquid cooling thermal solution BXTS13X isn't recommended. Please consult your preferred thermal solution manufacturer to ensure that the thermal solution meets the desired usage model
The following Intel® Core™ X-series Processors use Intel® X299 Chipset.
We recommend using memory that adheres to the JEDEC memory specification. Anything over the specified voltage can damage the processor or significantly reduce the processor life span.
For DDR4 memory: 1.2 volts, plus or minus 5%.
ECC support depends on the motherboard and chipset. If your processor is supporting ECC, you need to check with your motherboard vendor if they are also supporting it.
