Contact the indicated carrier if you return a product on a technical or administrative return from any of the countries below.

Note

Contact the freight carrier within five days of receiving your authorization for return.

Transportation routing guide

Use the guides below to determine whether to use DGF or UPS. Use only one of these two approved carriers for IMF (Intel Paid) shipments (Only Mexico is authorized to use FedEx for the IMF). Make sure you mark bill third-party on the HAWB/BOL.
