Warranty Considerations
  • Intel® Optane™ Data Center (DC) SSD products have a five-year limited warranty (see exception below). The complete warranty documentation is listed below for more details.
  • The Intel® Optane™ SSD DC P4800X Series, model SSDPED1K375GAQ (MM# 955044) has a three-year limited warranty. See the related documentation below.
  • If a replacement is required, return the drive only. We cannot return accessories.
  • If your Intel® Optane™ DC SSD comes pre-installed in an Intel® Data Center Block system, advance warranty replacement may be extended to the original purchaser. 
  • A list of Intel® Optane™ DC SSDs can be checked at Intel® Optane™ DC SSD Series.
