Does Intel Donate Used Computers to Schools and Nonprofits?

Intel makes contributions where we have a major presence. Intel Communications and Public Affairs manages our used computer contributions to accredited schools and community-based nonprofit organizations in the United States.

At many Intel sites, we donate all available used systems to schools or nonprofit organizations that train students to:

• Evaluate
• Repair
• Refurbish

Once refurbished, the computers are used in local schools. Used equipment donations are also made on a very limited basis to other nonprofit organizations.
