SAS Address NOT Programmed - Error Message for Boards and Kits

On boot, you may see an error message:

To resolve this issue, find the SAS address from the sticker on the module, and use the following command as per the README file:
mptutil -o -t <sas id>
This will correctly program the SAS address.
