These processors are not compatible.
You can find information, installation documents, and videos on different Intel® sockets at the Intel® Processor Installation Center. There are no new chassis requirements for the Intel Desktop Intel® Core™ i9 Extreme Edition Processor platforms using the LGA2066 socket. The latest available chassis that support 165 W processors should meet the requirement. Likewise, there is no new chassis requirements for the desktop Intel® Core™ i7 Processor Extreme Edition platforms using the LGA1366 / LGA2011 / LGA2011-v3 sockets. The latest available chassis supports 130 W / 140 W processors and should meet the requirement.
We highly recommend using a Thermally Advantaged Chassis (TAC).
We recommend using memory that adheres to the JEDEC memory specification. Anything over the specified voltage can damage the processor or significantly reduce the processor life span.

The Intel® Core™ i7 Processor Extreme Edition product line and the supporting desktop boards typically do not support ECC memory. ECC memory is typically used on servers and workstations. It’s not usually used on desktop platforms because of ECC memory price premiums. Check with your desktop board manufacturer to see if your board has ECC memory support enabled.
The Intel Desktop Core™ i7 Processor Extreme Edition and Intel® Core™ i9 Extreme Edition Processors support Intel® Turbo Boost Technology. More information can be found on Information about Intel® Turbo Boost Technology and overview of Intel® Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0.
Intel® Core™ i7 Processor Extreme Edition and Intel® Core™ i9 Extreme Edition Processors do not contain processor graphics. All editions require a discrete video card for video support.
