Serial flash loader Intel® FPGA IP. The altserial_flash_loader is a bridge that allows programming data to cross from the JTAG interface via the FPGA to the active serial interface. This Intel® FPGA IP is available for supported device (Arria® series, Cyclone® series, Stratix®III, Stratix® IV, and Stratix® V ) families.
Intel recommends instantiating this function with the IP Catalog.
Note: When you create your Intel® FPGA IP, you can use the IP Catalog
to generate a netlist for third-party synthesis tools.
