CAUSE: You specified the EDA tool you are using for the synthesis of the current design, but you did not specify the VCC you want to use in the files generated by the EDA synthesis tool. To avoid problems during Library Mapping File (.lmf) mapping, you should specify the VCC.
ACTION: Specify the VCC using either the Quartus Prime user interface or the eda_input_vcc_name name of the set_global_assignment Tcl command.
