CAUSE: Quartus Prime incremental compilation will synthesize the specified design partition because you modified one or more parameter settings on the instance that defines the partition's boundary in the design hierarchy. In addition, the design partition's netlist type is Post-Synthesis or Post-Fit, which indicate that any design change should trigger Analysis & Synthesis from the design's source files. Refer to the Analysis & Synthesis Report for a list of the specific parameter settings that changed since the last compilation.
ACTION: No action is required.
