CAUSE: Quartus Prime incremental compilation will synthesize the specified design partition because you made edits to its dependent source files and its netlist type is Post-Synthesis or Post-Fit. Refer to the Analysis & Synthesis Report for a list of the specific source files that changed.
ACTION: If you want to edit the design partition's dependent source files without triggering Analysis & Synthesis automatically, set the partition's netlist type to Post-Fit (Strict). Altera does not recommend this flow because the compilation results will be out-of-sync with your source files.
