CAUSE: Quartus Prime incremental compilation will synthesize the specified design partition because you altered the connectivity of the partition. As a result, the compiler must synthesize the partition to apply the correct set of boundary port optimizations. Refer to the Analysis & Synthesis Report for a list of changes to the cross-boundary port optimizations.
ACTION: No action is required.
