CAUSE: The Quartus Prime software found the specified node feeding multiple I/O pins. The node was duplicated the specified number of times. The duplication occurred because you made a Fast Output Register or Fast Output Enable Register logic option assignment.
ACTION: Assign the Netlist Optimizations logic option to the specified node and set it to Never Allow to instruct the Fitter not to duplicate the node.
