CAUSE: You specified that the Fitter use back-annotated routing constraints during compilation. However, the specified device that was used in the compilation from which the Routing Constraints File (.rcf) was created, and the target device for compilation, do not match. As a result, routing will continue without constraints.
ACTION: No action is required. If you want to use constrained routing, change the device to the one listed in the RCF.
