A file generated as part of the pin, cell, routing, and device assignment back-annotation process that stores routing assignments for routing back-annotation. The Routing Constraints File is generated automatically by selecting Pin, cell, routing & device assignments in the Back-Annotate Assignments (Default type) dialog box or by selecting Routing in the Back-Annotate Assignments (Advanced type) dialog box on the Assignments menu.
