CAUSE: You changed the target device family for a design that uses the specified WYSIWYG primitive, and attempted to generate a functional simulation netlist for the design. The Quartus Prime software cannot convert the WYSIWYG primitive for the new device family, and therefore cannot generate the netlist.
ACTION: Specify a target device family for which the Quartus Prime software can convert the WYSIWYG primitive.
