CAUSE: You set the CLKLOCKx1 Input Frequency logic option for the specified input pin to a value that results in an input period of 0 ps. However, the input period must be greater than 0 ps.
ACTION: Set CLKLOCKx1 Input Frequency logic option to a value that results in an input period greater than 0 ps.
