ID:138040 The import file "<name>" created by Quartus Prime software module <name> cannot be used because it is incompatible with the current version of the Quartus Prime software

CAUSE: The specified import file is incompatible with the current version of the Quartus Prime software. In general, you can only use an import file generated by the current or an earlier version of the Quartus Prime software.

ACTION: Specify a new qxp file and retry the operation.
